Monday morning started out on a bathroom renovation project on the north side of town. Next came the door panel. The customer selected polished chrome hinges to match their sink fixtures. Chrome handles moisture well and stays bright with basic cleaning. We set the hinges, carefully lifted the door into place, and adjusted the hardware so the glass swings smoothly without binding against the curb or the adjacent panel.

Sealing and Final Sweep Setup After securing the hinges and confirming a consistent gap around the door edge, we added a low-profile clear sweep along the bottom edge to direct water back into the pan. We finished by running a neat, continuous bead of high-grade clear silicone along the fixed panel joints.

A quality shower glass installation comes down to careful measuring, square setting, and clean seal work. We wiped down the clear glass, checked the door latching alignment one last time, and wrapped up before lunch.
